The hotel provides a wonderfully cozy atmosphere that feels authentically Egyptian. I enjoyed the fantastic dinner options with a range of tasty vegetarian dishes that exceeded my expectations. the staff were incredibly friendly. Ahmed even took me to the farm to interact with the animals which was an unexpected delight. I also loved the charming garden with its whimsical animals that created a storybook-like ambiance.

I loved how the staff were friendly and hardworking, making it a joy to stay here and explore nearby attractions like the Falcon Hills, which is just a short 500 meters away for a lovely view, and Chavana Spa, located only a few steps away, perfect for relaxation after a day of wandering.

The friendly receptionist Ameen made a significant difference to our stay. the consistently bland and repetitive breakfast left much to be desired.

Food in the restaurant was decent, but the variety felt limited over my four-night stay, and some staff in the dining area could be more attentive. Hot water availability was inconsistent, and Wi-Fi connection was weak, only accessible in the lobby. Despite this, the hotel's rustic charm and the friendly atmosphere made my stay enjoyable overall.
